Sign up and onboarding
Create your organization and start your 7-day free trial.
Creating an HRHandle organization is a one-screen sign-up plus an email confirmation. No setup wizard, no credit card. Your organization, profile, and 7-day trial are provisioned the first time you load the dashboard.
Step 1 — Fill the sign-up form
Open hrhandle.com and click Sign Up, or go directly to /auth/sign-up. Enter your full name, company name, work email, and a password of at least 8 characters.

You can also sign up with Google or Microsoft if your work email is on one of those providers — the OAuth flow gets you straight to the confirmation step without needing a password.
Step 2 — Confirm your email
After submitting, HRHandle sends you a confirmation link. You stay on a "Check your email" screen until you click the link.

The link uses HRHandle's token_hash flow, so you can open the email in a different browser or on your phone — it doesn't have to be the same browser you signed up in.
Step 3 — Your organization is created automatically
Click the confirmation link. You land on /dashboard. Behind the scenes, the first dashboard load does three things at once:
- Creates your organization with the company name you entered.
- Creates your profile with the role Owner — the highest level of access.
- Starts a 7-day Trial subscription with seat and feature limits suitable for evaluation.
You don't see these steps as a wizard — by the time the dashboard renders, everything is already provisioned. You're free to start posting vacancies, adding candidates, and inviting teammates immediately.
What's included in the trial
| Limit | Trial |
|---|---|
| Vacancies | 5 |
| Candidates | 100 |
| Team seats | 2 (you + 1 invitee) |
| Days | 7 from sign-up |
You can use every feature during the trial — public apply forms, pipeline, custom fields, integrations, email templates, all of it. If you hit a limit before deciding, upgrade in Settings → Subscription.
After the trial
When the trial expires, the dashboard redirects you to Subscription until a paid plan is chosen. Your data is never deleted — pick a plan and pick up where you left off.
